Equpiment Servicing

As the authorised dealer for UK and Ireland for many of our products, we are also the approved service point for those products. Our staff and engineers have undergone training by the manufacturers in most of our equipment, with many of our team having been trained on site in the UK, and also at facilities in Europe.

We carry a large stock of spares for all our equipment, and with constant deliveries to us from our manufacturers, we can provide a fast reaction to most circumstances. With technicians based in Inverness, we cover the North of Scotland with a typical 4 hour emergency response, and the rest of the UK and Ireland with 24-48 hours, flights dependant.

Emergency repair

A strong part of our ethos as a company is having the ability to respond to a customer's needs, whatever the time, day or location. Our team of multi-discipline engineers are capable of quick fault diagnosis and repairs on site on essential equipment, and with our in house stock of spares and parts, we can generally ensure that equipment is fully operational by the time we leave site.
Of course, there are situations which cannot be dealt with on site, however our excellent relationships with our manufacturers means that we can still provide the fastest service possible.

Specialist equipment requires specialist servicing, and our team of engineers have been trained by many of the manufacturers in the servicing and regular maintenance techniques for the majority of our products. As authorised dealers for the equipment, we also hold a large stock of spares and service kits in our warehouse.

Maintenance agreements

Efficient and ongoing use of equipment requires regular servicing, and we offer a maintenance agreement to many of our clients where we take care of the regular planned maintenance of all, or key equipment on a site. This ensures that maintenance is carried out at regular intervals, within the manufacturer's warranty requirements, and is not left to site management to monitor and remember when equipment should be serviced.
